In the elevator industry, once the equipment ships, support often disappears. Not with LiftComm. We take a different approach, one that prioritizes direct relationships, tailored configuration, and hands-on guidance before, during, and after installation.

If you're looking for a partner, not just a vendor, LiftComm is the only name you need to know.

A True End-User Relationship, Not Just a Sale

At LiftComm, we work directly with end users, building owners, and their IT teams, not just contractors or elevator OEMs. Real support starts with understanding what the client actually needs.

Some clients want full ownership and control of their system. That’s why LiftComm is the only elevator communication provider to offer a fully on-premises hosting option. For government agencies, transit networks, or institutions with strict IT protocols, it’s a perfect fit, and we’re ready to help from day one.

Pre-Configured, Pre-Tested, Ready to Go

LiftComm’s IT team takes it a step further. We can simulate the owner’s network in our lab, pre-configure every device to the correct IP addresses, and ship equipment that’s fully ready out of the box.

All your installer has to do is plug in a few cords and tighten a few screws. That’s it. No last-minute IT panic. No complicated setup. Just plug, power, and go.

Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)

Before shipping anything, we run a full Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) at our facility. This allows both teams, LiftComm and yours, to confirm that every device is functioning exactly as expected before it leaves our lab.

This ensures peace of mind, eliminates surprises, and allows for smooth handoff at delivery.

Remote Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)

When it comes time to install, we don’t disappear. LiftComm offers remote Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), where our engineers join your install team live to ensure everything goes as planned.

We’re on the line during power-up, configuration, and verification. It’s fast, efficient, and reassuring, especially when you’re working under pressure or tight timelines.

Optional Maintenance Agreements

LiftComm offers annual maintenance to our clients. This would include a service level agreement if your location needs fast support.

LiftComm offers:

• Defined scope of service during this agreement

• Response & Resolution Times

• Guaranteed Product Availability

• Support Hours (9-5 or 24/7)

• Escalation Procedures

• Product Warranty

Don’t need this, but still want to own your system? LiftComm will work out a per support call/ticket fee when or if you ever need us to help out!

LiftComm doesn’t believe in locking our clients into contracts just for the sake of it. If you feel you don’t need support, we understand. We can always pivot if needed.

Nobody Supports Like LiftComm

From day one to day done, LiftComm is built to support the people who use our system, not just those who sell or install it.

• The only company offering on-premises elevator communication hosting

• Pre-configured IP setup based on your network

• Direct relationships with owners and IT teams

• Optional remote SAT for full peace of mind

• Built around ASME 17.1-2019 modernization standards

• Always available, always listening, always ready to help
